Q1. When are
commissions paid?
A. Commissions
are paid between the 15th and 20th of each month for activity the
previous month.
Q2. How do
I receive my commissions?
A. All
commissions are paid in US funds. You may choose one of the following
options:
- By
Direct Deposit: You may request direct
deposit of your commission check to a USA bank account. (This
option will be available to international Members in the future.)
- By Mail:
Your commission check will be mailed to you by postage mail as
indicated above. (If you do not choose to receive your commissions
by direct deposit, wire transfer or carry over, your check will be
mailed to you.)
- By Wire
Transfer: If requested prior to the 3rd of the month, we can
wire transfer your
commissions. There is an additional cost of $18.00 for each
transfer. We must receive the wire
transfer form prior to the 3rd of the month.
- Carry
over Commissions: Commissions can be held until they reach
a predetermined dollar amount if requested. To request we hold your
commissions until they reach a predetermined dollar amount contact acf4@dhs-club.com
Q3. If a VIP
in my personal downline cancels their membership but has paid their
monthly subscription fee for the current month, will I receive
commissions on their subscription fee for the month in which they
canceled?
A. As an example:
A VIP cancels their membership in the month of January. You, as
the sponsoring VIP, would not be entitled to commission on this
VIP for the month of January (the check you receive in February). As we
do not go back retroactively and recalculate commissions when a VIP in
your downline contests a credit card charge; when a personal check
is returned for insufficient funds or when a stop payment has been
placed against a check or an account has been closed, we do not pay
commissions on a canceled VIP's subscription fee.
Q4.
"John", my personally sponsored VIP, has downgraded to Partner
in the month of May. Will John's personally sponsored VIPs,
Partners, and Members automatically roll up to me in the month of May
and will I receive a commission on the VIP's subscription fees for
the month of May?
A. As a Partner,
if John has enough Member and personal purchases in a month to total
$25.00 in CV, then the John will qualify as a VIP for that month and be
entitled to receive override commissions. Should John fail to qualify as
a VIP then their new Partner(s) and/or VIP(s) will be transferred to the
sponsorship of the first qualified VIP in the upline.
Q5. I am
the first qualified VIP upline from John (in the above example). John
did not qualify as a VIP for the month of May. Will I earn
commissions for the month of May on the VIPs who rolled up to me when
John did not qualify?
A. Yes.
Q6. When
does this roll up take place?
A. All VIPs and
Partners who join the DHS Club have a 72 hour right of recision. For
example: VIPs or Partners who join the Club on May 31 have until June
3rd to cancel their subscription to the Club and receive a full refund.
In this example we roll up VIPs and Partners on June 4th, prior to the
commission run for May. If the 4th of the month falls on a
weekend or holiday, the roll up takes place on the first business day
following the 4th.
Q7. I have
not sponsored another VIP into the Club for 3 consecutive months. If I
receive VIPs as part of a rollup (as in the example above) do these VIPs
count towards my Active Sponsor Requirement?
A. As the VIPs involved in the roll up were
already in the Club, they do not count towards your Active Sponsor
Requirement.
Q8. Is
there a deadline as to when I can make changes in how I receive my
commission check each month? (Example: I need to make an address change
or wish to have my commissions held until they reach a predetermined
amount or I want to change the name on my account).
A. Yes there
is a deadline. All changes or request for commissions checks
should be sent to our Accounting
Department no later than the 3rd of the month. Changes or request
sent will be for the check sent that month for the previous month's
activity. (example: On September 1 you send a change of address
request. This meets the deadline for checks for commissions earned in
the month of August which are mailed in the month of September).
This same request sent on September 4 would not effect the check sent in
September. (would go into effect for check sent in October).
Q9. If I
have a (TQ) Team Qualifier or downline of 1000 VIPs under me. Do I get a
commission check, even if I have yet to sell a subscription to the DHSC
Benefits Program?
A. In order to be
paid commissions from the TQ (VIP downline) you have to have sold VIP
subscriptions to The DHS Club Benefits Program.
Q10. If my
monthly subscription fee is not received by the Club, will I still
receive my commission check?
A. Monthly
subscription fees must be current for commissions to be received.
If your monthly subscription fee is not paid in our first billing cycle
(between the 4th and 8th of the month) the commission due will be
carried over to be included with the next month's commissions.
Q11. Can my
monthly subscription fee be deducted from my commissions each month
rather than be charged on my credit card or checking account?
A. Yes, once you
personally sell 3 VIP subscriptions to The DHS Club Benefits Program and
meet the TQ & GQ to qualify as a Team Leader, your monthly
subscription fee will be deducted from your commissions each month
rather than be charged to your credit card or checking account. This
will begin the month after you reach the Team Leader level.
Q12.
Do I make any income off my personally sponsored Free Members, Partners,
and VIPs, on their purchases at our Clubshop
Mall and Outlet Center?
A. Yes,
your commissions will be calculated at the end of the month, based on
your level of achievement.
Q13. Do I
receive a commission on my own purchases?
A. Yes, you would
receive commissions based on your purchases and on your title at the end
of the month.
Q14.
I have sold a
DHSC Benefits Program Subscription to a VIP who is a Team Captain.
I have a total of 5 DHSC VIP Benefits Program Subscriptions sold
and have met the TQ and GQ for Bronze Manager. What would my title
be and at what title would I be paid?
A. Since you have
sold only 5 DHSC VIP Benefits Program Subscriptions, your Title is that
of Team Leader. Once you sell one more DHSC VIP Benefits Program
Subscription, you will then have 6 personally sponsored VIPs, you will
skip Team Captain and become a Bronze Manager! In order to be
promoted to (or paid for) a level, you must meet the qualifications for
the previous level(s).
Q15. I am a
Team Captain. What happens if one my 6 VIP's subscription fees goes
uncollected? Do I still receive Team Captain pay?
A. Commissions
are calculated on subscription fees collected. If you have a VIP
whose subscription fees have been uncollected, you do not receive
compensation for that VIP. So, in this example, if at the end of
the month a subscription fee was not collected, your commission
check would reflect that of a Team Leader with 5 Personally sold VIP
Benefits Program Subscriptions.
Q16. Is
there a limit on how much you can make for income?
A. Your income
can continue to grow with no limit on how much you can make.
Q17. I am a
Ruby Director, but I have not personally sold a DHSC VIP Benefits
Program Subscription within 3 consecutive months. How does the
Active Sponsorship affect me? How would my commission be calculated?
A. In order to be
entitled to increased rates of Residual Income, the monthly Leadership
Bonus and the Monthly Leadership Income, one has to be an Active
Sponsor, which is defined as,"Selling at least one new VIP Benefits
Program Subscription within a consecutive 3 month period".The
Active Sponsorship Rule will not apply to a VIP who reaches a new level
(making it the highest level achieved) within a 3 month period.
Q18. Can I
make the President's Club as an Executive Director with only 6
personally signed VIPs and 9,000 VIPs for my (TQ) and 200 for my (GQ)?
A. Yes, if you
have 2 Managers and 1 Director out of you have personally sold 6 VIP
Benefits Program Subscriptions and have a total of 9,000 or more for
your (TQ) and 200 for your (GQ) you can make the President's Club.
Q19. I have
qualified as an Executive Director, but the following month, I am no
longer qualified as an Executive Director. I am now a Diamond Director.
Does the active sponsorship affect me since I had previously been an
Executive Director?
A. If you qualify
as an Executive Director, then the Active Sponsorship Rule does not
apply to you. Should you qualify for less than Executive Director, then
the Active Sponsorship does apply to you. Keep in mind,
your last date of sponsorship could be more than 3 months.
Q10. Can
you explain the Active Sponsorship requirements?
A. A full
explanation of the Active Sponsorship Requirements may be found on our Compensation
Plan page.
Basically,
you must either sponsor one new VIP within a 3 consecutive calendar
month period (A calendar month begins on the first of the
month and ends on the last day of that month) or have reached your
highest level yet during that 3 consecutive calendar month period to be
considered an active sponsor. (Example:
If you sponsor a VIP on July 15 that month counts as your first month.
You would be considered an active sponsor for July, August and September
(with such VIP being current in the payment of their fees. If this VIP
cancels their membership during this 3 month period, you would not be
considered an active sponsor).
Your first Active Sponsor calendar month starts from the upgrade month
of your last personally sponsored VIP.
