As a Partner or VIP you can begin by referring people to your DHS Club Website so they can sign up for a FREE DHS Club Membership and receive a position in our network development program, Postlaunch. Their ID number will be linked to your ID number and as they make purchases at the ClubShop Mall, you will be able to receive commissions. The commission amount that you are able to receive is shown as the Partner or VIP rebate. On personal purchases, you will be able to receive the Partner or VIP rebate. On your personally sponsored Member purchases, you receive the Partner or VIP rebate as a commission.


PARTNER COMPENSATION

Purchases made at the ClubShop Mall and DHS Club Outlet Center and the VIP Benefits Program subscription all have a "Commission Volume" value or CV.  If a Partner has enough Member and personal purchases in a month to total $25.00 in CV, then the Partner will qualify as a VIP for that month and be entitled to receive override commissions, residual income and leadership income per the tables below.

The easiest and best way to automatically qualify as a VIP each month is by personally subscribing to the VIP Benefits Program and paying a monthly $25.00 subscription fee as the Benefits Program subscription has a CV of $25.00. This can be done initially, thereby upgrading a Member to a VIP automatically, or a Member can upgrade to become a Partner and then qualify to become a VIP.

Should any of a Partners free Members upgrade to become a Partner or VIP in a given month, then the sponsoring Partner must be qualified as a VIP at the time of the Member's upgrade to retain that new Partner or VIP as their own personally sponsored Partner or VIP. Should the sponsoring Partner fail to qualify as a VIP then their new Partner(s) and/or VIP(s) will be transferred to the sponsorship of the first qualified VIP in the upline.

VIP COMPENSATION
In order to qualify as a VIP, you must do $25.00 per month in CV or Commission Volume. Again, the easiest and best way to automatically qualify as a VIP each month is by personally subscribing to the VIP Benefits Program and paying a monthly $25.00 subscription fee, as the Benefits Program subscription has a CV of $25.00.

VIP RESIDUAL INCOME - In addition to commissions earned from your Member's purchases, you are able to begin earning a residual income (all figures shown herein are in US Dollars) when you have personally sponsored VIPs. As a VIP Sponsor, you will begin to receive a monthly commission check equal to no less than $10.00 for each VIP you have personally sponsored. Refer to the table below to see how your income can increase by personally sponsoring VIPs.

LEADERSHIP INCOME - As those you've sold Benefits Program Subscriptions to also sell ongoing subscriptions (VIPs), you can earn override commissions from the fees paid by this "Personal Group" (PG) of VIPs. Here are the qualifications that need to be met in order for you to receive override commissions:

TQ (Team Qualifier) - This is the number of VIPs that are under you in our one downline network. For more information about the TQ, CLICK HERE.

PQ (Personal Qualifier) - This is determined by the number and types of VIPs you have personally sponsored.

GQ (Group Qualifier) - This is the number of VIPs in your personal group. These are the VIPs whom you have personally sponsored and all the VIPs that they have sponsored on downline.

To calculate your entitlement to Leadership Income, compare what your Residual Income entitlement is ($10.00 for each personally sponsored VIP) to the Monthly Leadership Income you may qualify for by referring to the table below. You will receive whichever amount is higher. I.E.; If you have 10 personally sponsored VIPs, your minimum Residual Income is $100 (10 X $10). However if you have qualified as a Bronze Manager, your income would be $150 rather than $100.

Note: In order to be promoted to (or paid for ) a level, the qualifications need to be met for the previous level(s). Also, as your DHS Club income may be based on the fees being paid by your VIPs, your entitlement to receive commissions is based on the DHS Club receiving these fees, in the month in which they are due, in order to pay your commissions.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Upon becoming a Diamond Director and having one of your personally sponsored VIPs become a Director, you are then qualified to become an Executive Director.

Executive Directors may work to achieve the status of "President's Club Executive Director"(see information below). As an Executive Director, your Residual Income can continue to grow and grow with no limit on how much you can make!

*A qualified Executive Director will receive PQ credit for any downline (not personally sponsored) Executive Director, assuming that there are no other Executive Directors between them. Therefore, the first Executive Director downline under an Executive Director will count as if personally sponsored and any VIPs between the Executive Directors will count towards the upline Executive Director's GQ.

**As an Executive Director, if you have one or more personally sponsored Executive Directors, then their GQ will not be included in your GQ and the GQ qualifications shown above will not apply. Rather, your GQ will be based on how many you have in your GQ apart from any downline Executive Director's GQs. I.E.; If you have a total GQ of 300, of which 200 of it belongs to an Executive Director either sponsored by you or in your downline, then your GQ will be 100 (300 less 200 = 100).

Regardless of how many Stars you have earned, once you have at least one Executive Director sponsored, then the GQ that you will need to have to qualify for any level that you have achieved will be based on the GQs shown in the table below.

Note: Upon having six or more personally sponsored Executive Directors, no further GQ applies. If an Executive Director does not meet the GQ as shown above, they will be paid at the rate for the previous level.

In order to award the achievement of an Executive Director having a personally sponsored Executive Director, a $100 monthly bonus will be paid to the sponsoring Executive Director for each personally sponsored Executive Director.

Upon qualifying as an Executive Director for 3 consecutive calendar months, you will be entitled to a 3 day/2 night all expense paid trip from any continental U.S. city to DHS Club Headquarters in Englewood, Florida. 

 

Next Stop - President's Club!

Qualifications for President's Club Executive Directors:

1. Must have attended the expense paid trip to HQ. (For those who have qualified to come to HQ and have not attended, we will be offering them the opportunity to come on future scheduled trips, at their own expense, in order to satisfy this qualification).

2. For previously qualified Executive Directors, an increase of at least one star in the following years by and including the month of December. (We will be waiving this requirement for qualified Ambassador Club members).

3. Must have attended the annual Convention.

4. Must have completed the e-Business Institute courses applicable for the level achieved.

 

Upon qualifying as a President's Club Executive Director for 3 consecutive calendar months (including the month of December) you are eligible to receive rewards or incentive trips which may be offered from time to time.

 

 

 

 

AMBASSADORS CLUB
Upon becoming a 7 Star Executive Director, and having seven lines with an Executive Director in each, you are then qualified to become a member of The Ambassadors Club. As an Ambassadors Club member, you are able to receive an additional $100 monthly bonus for each line that you have an Executive Director in. And as an Ambassadors Club Member, your income would be at least $8,400 per month. Which is an income of $100,800 per year!

Upon qualifying for at least 3 consecutive months in a calendar year (including the month of December) as an Ambassadors Club member you will receive an all expense paid 5 day/4 night cruise or resort trip (from any continental U.S. city) with fellow Ambassador Club members.

CLUBSHOP MALL COMMISSIONS

Rebates, Bonuses, Override Commissions and Qualifying Commissions will be calculated at least 72 hours after the month ends. VIP level changes have to be calculated and sufficient time needs to be given for any 72 hour cancellations in order to get an accurate amount for each Member's Rebates, Bonuses, Override Commissions and Qualifying Commissions.

Vendor Rebate

Only VIPs and Partners - (75% of Vendor Rebate) VIPs and Partners are able to receive the Vendor Rebate on personal purchases.

Only Free Members - (50% of Vendor Rebate) Free Members are able to receive the Vendor Rebate on personal purchases.

 
Free Member Sponsor Bonus

Only VIPs and Partners - (25% of Vendor Rebate) A Bonus earned from personally sponsored Free Member purchases.

Only Free Members - (12.5% of Vendor Rebate) A Bonus earned from personally sponsored Free Member purchases. 

Override Commission Volume (CV)

Only VIPs - (25% of Vendor Rebate) Override CV goes to the first VIP all the way upline to the first Executive Director on any purchases that your downline Free Members make, you as the buying VIP make and all downline VIPs. Please check our override commission chart for a specific breakdown of what overrides you can receive. No more than one of the same levels can receive override commissions. 


Qualifying Commission Volume (CV)

Partners - (25% of Vendor Rebate) This counts towards a Partner's personal CV and is not paid on top of the Free Member Sponsor Bonus or your Rebate. If a Partner has enough Member and personal purchases in a month to total $25.00 in CV, then the Partner will qualify as a VIP for that month and be entitled to receive override commissions, residual income and leadership income.

First Upline VIP

The first upline VIP receives 12.5% of the Override CV if a purchase is made by a sponsoring Free Member's Free Member.

ACTIVE SPONSOR REQUIREMENTS

In order to be entitled to receive override commissions from your Personal Group, one has to be an Active Sponsor. To be an Active Sponsor, you must meet at least one of these two requirements.

If within a 3 consecutive calendar month period, a VIP fails to have sponsored at least one new VIP (with this newly sponsored VIP being current in the payment of their fees and this newly sponsored VIP has not cancelled, downgraded to Partner or had their VIP Membership terminated) and fails to reach their new highest level achieved, then they will receive a monthly Residual Income of $10.00 for each personally sponsored VIP. Upon sponsoring a new VIP or reaching your new highest level achieved in any month thereafter, you will then re-qualify to begin again receiving override commissions from their Personal Group.

 This requirement does not apply to VIPs who have qualified to be an Executive Director in a given month.
